relationship with the plan sponsor’s staff to achieve a streamlined,

M. Randy Coble, Jr.
President and founding Principal of Coble Pension Group, L.L.C. Randy
earned a B.S. in Business Administration from the University of
North Carolina at Chapel Hill (UNC) and is a Registered
Representative, Geneos Wealth Management, Inc. Member FINRA/SIPC. He
has nearly 25 years experience in ERISA and non-ERISA plan
consulting and administration. |

Lynn M. Young, MSPA, MAAA, EA
Managing Actuary Lynn Young is responsible for the technical and
legal compliance for Coble Pension Group as well as daily
operations. Lynn has over twenty years of experience in the
consulting and administration of qualified defined benefit and
defined contribution plans. She is an Enrolled Actuary and is
co-chair of the membership committee of the American Society of
Pension Professionals and Actuaries. Lynn received a B.S. in
Mathematics from DePaul University.

Mary Berk
Consultant Mary Berk has practiced for more than twenty years in
various administrative and consulting capacities for third party
recordkeeping firms, law firms and insurance companies. Her
experience includes the design and management of defined benefit and
defined contribution plans, ESOPs and nonqualified plans. Mary
received a B.S. in Business Management from Pepperdine University
and a second B.S. in Computer Information Science from DeVry
University.

Shelly Oberg, APA
Senior Pension Analyst Shelly Young joined Coble Pension Group in
2004 and is responsible for all areas of defined contribution plan
administration. She has achieved the designation of Accredited
Pension Administrator with the National Institute of Pension
Administrators. Shelly brings over fifteen years of extensive
defined contribution service to our firm.

Andrew J. Molzahn, QPA
Senior Pension Analyst Andy Molzahn joined Coble Pension Group in
2002. He is responsible for all areas of defined benefit plan
administration. He has received the Qualified Pension Administrator
designation from the American Society of Pension Professionals and
Actuaries. Andy is a graduate of the University of Arizona where he
earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance
