Coble Pension Group, L.L.C. promotes a team approach to plan design and
administration. Our Defined Benefit and Defined Contribution teams are
each led by an experienced professional who is directly responsible for
ensuring that your needs are met. Furthermore, the team develops its
relationship with the plan sponsor’s staff to achieve a streamlined,
seamless result. We view the arrangement as a partnership rather than as
a client-vendor relationship.

professionals. Our clients are served by employees who have professional
qualifications and whose backgrounds include many years of experience in
the pension and retirement field. They are committed to providing our

M. Randy Coble, Jr., Founder/CEO
In 1993 Randy had a vision to provide high level
actuarial and administrative services to the tax-qualified
retirement plan marketplace. That vision became a reality 1995 with
the formation of Coble Pension Group, who to this day provides a
full spectrum of services furnished by Enrolled Actuaries and
retirement plan industry credentialed professionals. Randy draws
from over 32 years of experience in the highly specialized fields of
ERISA and non-ERISA plan consulting and administration and is
responsible for oversight of the strategic direction of the firm.
Randy earned a B.S. in Business Administration from the University
of North Carolina at Chapel Hill (UNC) and is a Registered
Representative, Geneos Wealth Management, Inc. Member FINRA/SIPC.
Prior to Coble Pension Group, Randy held positions with two
multi-national financial institutions and operated as an independent
insurance agent in Greensboro, NC.

Lynn M. Young, MSPA, MAAA, EA, Executive Vice
President and Managing Actuary
Lynn is responsible for the technical and legal
compliance areas of Coble Pension Group, LLC as well as ongoing
daily operations. Lynn is an Enrolled Actuary and has over 25 years
of experience in the consulting and administration of qualified
defined benefit, cash balance, and defined contribution plans. She
is a highly active professional member of the American Society of
Pension Professionals and Actuaries (ASPPA), serving on numerous
committees including their Board of Directors and the Board of
Directors for ACOPA, an affiliate group of ASPPA. Lynn earned a B.S.
in Mathematics from DePaul University.

Andrew J. Molzahn, QPA, Director of Defined Benefit
Services
Andy is responsible for managing the Defined Benefit
Department. Having been a small business owner himself, Andy has a
unique common thread with the vast majority of the clients he works
with. Andy has accumulated over 10 years of qualified plan
experience, with the start of his career at a national actuarial
firm. Andy received the Qualified Plan Administrator (QPA)
designation from ASPPA in 2004 where he is a professional member.
Andy earned a B.S. in Finance from the University of Arizona.
